  • You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

If you are outside California, you understand that availability, rebates, net metering, and permitting may vary by region and utility provider.

3. Estimates, Disclaimers, and No Guarantee of Savings

All system output projections, utility savings estimates, and financial models are for informational purposes only. These are based on industry-standard modeling tools (e.g., PVWatts), historical utility data, and user input

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific system performance

  • Fixed energy savings

  • Eligibility for tax incentives or rebates

We encourage you to consult with a licensed tax professional or financial advisor before making purchasing decisions based on energy savings projections.

4. Third-Party Installers & Partners

In many jurisdictions, installations are completed by licensed, local third-party contractors who operate independently from Chase Home Services. We make best efforts to ensure you are connected with qualified providers but do not assume responsibility for the workmanship, licensing, or warranty compliance of these third parties unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

If you are a residential customer in a state that provides a "cooling-off" period (e.g., California: 3 business days), you may cancel any signed agreement without penalty during that time. Instructions for cancellation will be provided in your service contract or proposal.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including acts of God, natural disasters, changes in regulations, supply chain interruptions, internet outages, labor shortages, or pandemics.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles, even if you reside elsewhere in the United States.

Dispute Resolution:

  • You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally.

  • If not resolved, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles County, California.

  • You waive your right to a jury trial and class action claims, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
